For 95% seats of total sanctioned intake of Government/Grant in-Aid Institutions and 50% of total sanctioned intake of unaided Institutions: Candidate shall have obtained minimum Qualification from schools affiliated with valid board located in Gujarat state and shall have appeared in GUJCET-2025 .
For 5% seats of total sanctioned intake of Government/Grant in-Aid Institutions: Candidate shall have obtained minimum Qualification from schools affiliated with valid board located in India (including Gujarat State) and shall have appeared in JEE (Main) - 2025
For Government Seats of notified Centre of Excellence: Candidate shall have obtained minimum qualification from schools affiliated with valid board located in Gujarat state and shall have appeared in relevant entrance examination.

Educational Qualifications:

Must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as core subjects.
A minimum aggregate score of 45% for General category students and 40% for reserved categories.

ACPC prepares a merit list based on:

95% seats of sanctioned intake of Government and Grant-inAid institutions & 50% seats of sanctioned intake of Unaided institutions: Merit will be prepared based on merit marks of the 50% weightage of theory percentile issued by respective board in the subject of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry (or Biology for eligible branches) and 50% weightage of the percentile of the GUJCET-2025 examination in corresponding subjects.
