D2D Admission Process | Scholarship 2022

 

 

Step 1: Prepare Documents

The candidate shall submit the self-attested copies of the following documents along with the print out
of the registration form at the Help Center, namely:-

(i) Mark sheet of Secondary School Certificate Examination (Standard10th),

(ii) Mark sheet of Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (Standard XII, 10+2 pattern),

(iii) School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate,

(iv) Top Ten or final year mark sheet/CGPA result based on which the Class or Grade or diploma or
degree (for B.Sc) awarded by the Technical Examination Board (TEB) or the University.

(v) Caste certificate for a candidate belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and
Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC), Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), issued
by the authority empowered by the State Government in this behalf,

(v-i) Non Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate of the family, valid as per State Government Rules, by the
authority empowered by the State Government in this behalf,

(vii) Certificate of Physical Disability, issued and duly signed by the Civil Surgeon/ competent Medical
Authority, in case the candidate is a Physically Handicapped,

(viii) Certificate of Ex-Serviceman, duly issued by the Director, Sainik Welfare Board, Gujarat State or
by the District Sainik Welfare Officer,

(ix) A copy of certificate of In-Serviceman duly issued by the Commanding Officer of the respective
unit in which he is serving,

(x) A copy of certificate of income issued by the authority empowered by the State Government in
this behalf, if applicable,

(xi) Photograph of candidate of other Board/Universities situated outside Gujarat,

(xii) Such other certificates as the Admission Committee deems necessary.

 

Step 2: Buy PIN & Booklet

• You can buy you PIN from ICICI Bank, Form Fee is Rs. 350/-
• ICICI Bank as per ACPC Booklet Website: http://jacpcldce.ac.in

Kindly Note: DO NOT share your Pin number with ANYONE and keep it as secret as your ATM pin number.

 

Step 3: Register Online

• Register online at gujacpcadm.nic.in & submission of filled registration form with necessary documents at Help Centers
• Help Center as per ACPC Booklet Website: http://jacpcldce.ac.in

 

Step 4: Submit Documents @ Help Center

List of type of candidates who must report at Help center mandatory

• Candidates opt for TFWS Category
• Candidates belongs to SC/ST/SEBC/PH/DS Category
• for Outside Gujarat Candidate (only at LDCE, Ahmedabad Help Center)

 

Step 5: Finalize your College & Interested Branch

 

Step 6: Choice Filling

• First round will be a Mock Round.

As the name suggests, this will be a practice round for students to get an idea about the system and their choices.

Admissions allotted in this round are not confirmed/final admissions.

 

Round -1 (Actual Admission Round) 

• Most important Round
• Do confirm admission by paying decided amount in bank
• Whether you confirm or not, you can participate in next round

 

Step 7: Confirm Admission

Print Bank Challan & Admission Slip from your Login.

Deposit the amount (provided in ACPC Booklet) in ICICI Bank

If you don’t accept this admission then it will not be given in next round even though seats remain vacant.

 

Offline Round Or MQ/VQ Round:

A list of seats still remaining vacant after completion of all online and offline rounds will be published by ACPC. If you wish to take up these seats, you'll have to apply to each particular college individually by physically going there and filling out the form. Depending on number of vacant seats, ACPC arranges either offline spot round or gives authority to colleges for vacant quota round.
