The Mechanical & Automobile Engineering Department organized an online expert session on '800 MW Super Critical Thermal Power Plants' for the students of 7th semester Mechanical Engineering on 19th October 2020.
The webinar was designed and delivered by Tata Power Skill Development Institute (TPSDI), Mundra, Kutch. The aim of organizing the webinar was to make our students aware about the latest technologies involved in Super Critical Power Plant for electric power generation and practical understanding of such power plants in industries. Prof. Kamlesh Samadhiya had coordinated the webinar with Mr. Surendrer Kumar (Principal) TPSDI Mundra and Mr. Pradip Sarkar, who very nicely explained about the working of 800 MW Super Critical Boiler Power Plant and the operations of Tata Power Company in India. The webinar session was very interesting and informative for the students.
